Phytoventures was founded by medical cannabis patients who built CannCare from the ground up — a free advocacy service that's helped thousands of people keep their jobs, their homes, and their dignity.

The company grew from that. We now hire talented people from all backgrounds — developers, coordinators, creatives, operators. What matters is that you care about the mission, not your prescription.

We're a team of over 10 across volunteers and paid staff, spread across the UK and internationally. We hire via Deel, so location doesn't limit us. If you're good and you give a damn about what we're building, we'll find a way to work together.

We're remote-first. No office politics. No pointless standups. We communicate clearly, ship fast, and trust each other to do the work. Still a small, fast team — the mission is the motivator, not a manager breathing down your neck.
