Phytoventures is a medical cannabis company built by medical cannabis patients. Not investors. Not consultants. Not people who read about the industry in a trade magazine. Patients.
We don't want someone who "gets it." We want someone who lives it. Someone who's had to explain their prescription to a landlord, or worried about drug testing at work, or been looked at sideways in a pharmacy.
We're a team of 10+ across volunteers and paid staff, spread across the UK and internationally. We hire via Deel, so location doesn't limit us. If you're good and you care about the mission, we'll find a way to work together.

Full-Stack Developer
Remote · Via DeelBuild the platforms behind CannCare, CannConnect, and CannAccess. Node.js, vanilla JS, HTML/CSS. You'll own features end to end and ship code that thousands of patients depend on.
Frontend Developer
Remote · Via DeelCraft premium, accessible interfaces. You'll work on sites exactly like this one. Clean code, smooth animations, pixel-perfect attention to detail. No React. No frameworks. Just good HTML, CSS, and JS.
Community & Events Coordinator
Bolton / HybridHelp run CannConnect events and grow the patient community. You'll coordinate venues, manage attendees, handle social media on event days, and be the face of our in-person presence across the North West.
Volunteer Advocate
Remote · VolunteerSupport patients through CannCare. Training provided. You must be a UK medical cannabis patient — first-hand experience is non-negotiable. Help people navigate employers, landlords, police, and the NHS.
